“This nonprofit has been instrumental in connecting my child who has Down Syndrome to some of the most amazing events, programs and healthcare information. Since connecting with Work and Play my daughter Kendall has met new friends, joined Team Impact who has connected her with the U Of D Mercy Women’s Lacrosse, Special Olympics cheer and even some great games at U of M. The founders are also committed to ensuring our children are included in arenas where others may think they can’t or have said no. The fellowship and warmth you feel at the center is incredible.
