CheerAbilities is an inclusive cheer and dance program designed for individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities of all ages and abilities. Our program combines movement, teamwork, confidence-building, and FUN in a supportive environment where every athlete is celebrated for who they are — not limited by what others think they can do.

 

More than just cheer and dance, CheerAbilities is about belonging. Athletes build friendships, learn routines, develop independence, improve coordination, and experience the excitement of performing as part of a team. We focus on encouragement, positivity, and creating opportunities for every participant to succeed at their own pace.

 

Our coaches and volunteers are passionate about inclusion and committed to creating a safe, uplifting environment where athletes feel confident, supported, and proud of their accomplishments. Whether it’s mastering a new skill, performing in front of a crowd, or simply finding their place on a team, every milestone matters here.
