Keep an Eye Out for DD Hero Walk 2024 Details!

The developmental disabilities community is not short on local heroes!  Our heroes include businesses and individuals who inspire others and advocate for our underserved community.  

 

There are people who TAKE ACTION on behalf of those in our local developmental disability community!. We would like to celebrate you!

Ad for the 2023 Super Hero Walk by Work and Play Special Needs Resource Center

All money raised during the walk will benefit the Work & Play Special Needs Resource Center.  The Work & Play Special Needs Resource Center serves those of all ages with developmental disabilities within Washtenaw County.
 

The DD Hero Walk celebrates our community members (ALL ages ... ALL developmental disabilities) and those that support them.  On site registration will start at 1:30 and the walk will start at 3:00 pm.  The walk will end with good food, great music and wonderful community connections!
