About the event
Discover fascinating facts about some of your favorite species as you design 3D pancake pets! Not only will you learn how to draw and design these pets, but you'll be able to top them off with syrup and serve them to family and friends!
This adventure blends food, STEM, and the Arts into educational fun! Our recipes and themed projects in this kit include the following educational STEAM concepts.
The Work and Play Special Needs Resource Center's All Abilities Cooking Class was inspired by the Pancake Pets by "I'm a Chef Too" cooking kit. We have made it accessible for kids and adults with diabilities. Adventure will include a cooking class (pretzels), science class (wiggle worm science experiment) and fall themed craft. Class is limited to 12 participants.
