Pat-A-Cake Saturday Playgroup

A playgroup for children ages 0-6 in the southeast Michigan & surrounding area (Saline, Ann Arbor, Ypsilanti) with developmental disabilities.

The Pat-A-Cake Playgroup provides parents a chance to chat while their children with developmental disabilities and their siblings are participating in structured play.  The morning will start with open play followed by a welcome song.  There will be 30 minutes of music and movement offered in the sensory room.  Parents will have the option to attend with their child or sit out in the main area.  Volunteers will be there to help.  After music, the children will move into the main area to participate in an art project.  The morning will end with open play, clean-up song and good bye song.

Siblings are encouraged to attend!!!

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!  Volunteers are asked to RSVP through the ticket system.  We will start out with four.  Our goal is one volunteer per child.  Please be sure to contact Misty Kluck if you are unable to attend at least 24 hours in advance.  We want parents to be able to sit and visit while the littles enjoy the playgroup.
