About the event

The Work and Play Special Needs Resource Center is looking for spirited, service-oriented volunteers to provide first-class guest service at the Big House concession stands for all home games during the 2024 football season.

Requirements / Qualifications:

An enthusiastic and pleasant attitude!!!!!!!!

  • Shifts: Football shifts are typically 9-10 hours.
  • Uniforms: Black or khaki pants, not jeans or leggings. Black, blue or white t-shirt and closed-toed shoes.  We will provide a hat/hairnet and a shirt/apron to wear during events. Shirts/aprons are to be turned in at the end of each event worked, hats are to be brought back for each event worked.
  • No-bag policy is in effect.
  • Parking: Free parking is available at Wolverine Towers, 3003 S State St. A free shuttle will transport you to the Crisler Center, where our check in is located.

**** FOOD AND BEVERAGES WILL BE PROVIDED FOR VOLUNTEERS ****

Not only does this opportunity give our community members working experience, it helps pay for the overhead of the center with possible expansion to more locations!
