About the event

We've got several exciting new programs, fun community outings, and solutions to ongoing issues within the disability community.

🥳 Is your child having the time of their lives participating in one of our programs like Team Sparkle and Shine?

🫂 Have they found the sense of belonging you’ve been dreaming of for them?

🚀 Does your heart soar each time you see them spread their wings and grow?

If You Answered Yes, Then We Need YOU

We need you to become as invested in the success of the Work and Play Special Needs Resource Center as we are invested in your family’s success.

You see, we’re not some fancy nonprofit with intake forms and foundation grants. We’re just one founder and a handful of volunteers working with a tight budget month after month to be the lighthouse you need when you’re caught in a storm..But that doesn’t stop us. We’re here whenever you need help, working hard to fulfill our mission.

But here’s the thing—

We need each of you to be working as hard as possible to promote Work and Play Special Needs Resource Center so that the next time a frustrated family makes the same life-changing call that you did, we’ll be there with answers and compassion.

With your help, we’ll always be there to answer the call.
